Advertising performance data (campaign results, spend, reports)
Order and customer service data as needed for operations (may include buyer PII)

2) How We Use Information

We access buyer PII only when necessary to perform order fulfillment support and customer service tasks requested by our clients, and we handle such data in accordance with applicable laws and Amazon policies.

Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of shineflowseattle.com (the “Site”) and any services provided by Shineflow Inc. (“Shineflow,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1) Services

We provide Amazon-related services such as account operations, advertising management, order support, and customer service support (“Services”). Specific deliverables, scope, timelines, and fees will be set forth in a separate proposal, statement of work, or written agreement (“Service Agreement”). If there is a conflict, the Service Agreement controls.

2) Eligibility

You represent that you have authority to bind the business you represent and that you will use the Site and Services in compliance with applicable laws and Amazon policies.

3) Client Responsibilities

To perform the Services, you agree to:

Provide accurate information and timely access needed to perform the Services
Maintain required permissions/authorizations for your Amazon account
Review and approve key changes when requested (e.g., brand messaging, pricing strategy, compliance-related actions)
You are responsible for your products, compliance, and business decisions unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4) Amazon Account Access and Authorization

If you authorize Shineflow to access your Amazon Seller Central account and related systems:

You grant us permission solely to perform the Services on your behalf
You acknowledge that Amazon may require identity verification, role approvals, and compliance with Amazon policies for access
You agree that we will follow least-privilege practices and request only the roles needed for service delivery

5) Fees and Payment

Fees, billing cadence, and payment terms will be defined in the Service Agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of Services.

6) Confidentiality

Each party may receive confidential information from the other. Both parties agree to protect confidential information using reasonable care and to use it only to perform obligations under the Service Agreement.

7) Data Protection

We will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable laws. If we access Amazon buyer PII, we will do so only as necessary to provide the Services and in alignment with Amazon policies.

8) Intellectual Property

We retain ownership of our methods, templates, and know-how developed independently of the client.
You retain ownership of your trademarks, brand assets, and content you provide.
Unless otherwise agreed, deliverables created specifically for you (e.g., reports) are provided for your internal business use.

9) Disclaimer

The Site and Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes (e.g., sales, ranking, account health results), as performance depends on many factors, including Amazon policies and market conditions.

10) Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shineflow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability related to the Services will not exceed the fees paid to Shineflow for the Services in the [3] months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, unless otherwise required by law or specified in a Service Agreement.

11) Termination

Either party may terminate Services according to the Service Agreement. Upon termination, access permissions should be updated/removed by the client, and outstanding fees remain due.

12) Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict of law principles.
